Role
As User Experience Architect at TBWA Berlin I worked on multiple projects for multinational healthcare company F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG.
Problem
TBWA wanted to offer a full redesign for the Pharma section of Roche.de. No insights about the complexity and quantity was available.
Solution
To quantify the dimensions of the site and get an idea about the different templates, illustrations, embedded apps, and such I created sitemap in Omnigraffle:

- Creating user personas: The UX architect creates fictional characters that represent the different types of users that the product is intended for, based on user research.
- Developing user scenarios: The UX architect develops scenarios that represent different use cases for the product, based on user research and user personas.
- Creating sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes: The UX architect creates wireframes and prototypes to illustrate the structure and flow of the product, and to test user feedback and usability.
- Collaborating with designers and developers: The UX architect works closely with designers and developers to ensure that the user experience is consistent with the product's objectives, and that it is technically feasible to implement.
- Conducting usability testing: The UX architect conducts usability testing to gather feedback from users and to identify areas for improvement.
Overall, the UX architect plays a critical role in ensuring that digital products are designed with the user in mind, and that they are intuitive, easy to use, and meet the needs of the intended audience.
